Delegates of HNICEM 2015 in Cebu have the option to choose between two calamity Ground Zero Tours: visit either the Typhoon Haiyan devastated Tacloban City of the 7.2 magnitude earthquake stricken Bohol City. Bohol and Tacloban City in Leyte are both part of the Visayas Region and near Cebu City.
